Agriculture and Culinary Arts Career Tech Ed (CTE) students recently took a field trip to the Huy Fong Food Factory in Irwindale where they were able to get a behind-the-scenes look at the entire bottling and distribution process of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce while also learning a lot about the history of the company.
