From the MILB website:The JetHawks Youth Baseball League is a partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of the Antelope Valley, with title sponsorship provided by Learn4Life.

The goal of the Lancaster JetHawks Baseball Foundation is to help as many of our local youth as possible find confidence, hope, improved health and a skill set that will help them not just on the baseball diamond, but in life. Over 100 local youth are invited to participate in the league. These kids come to The Hangar each week for an afternoon on the field, learning the basics of baseball from JetHawks staff and local volunteers.

Through their participation in the league, each child receives a baseball glove, uniform, hat and bag, plus meals and the chance to play with their friends on the same field that Major League prospects have played on for the last 20 years- at no cost to them or the Boys & Girls Clubs.
